Our processing time is typically 1-2 business days. Please allow this time before receiving tracking information. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive tracking information. If tracking information can't be found, please check your spam before contacting us.
The shipping time selected at checkout does not include the processing time. So for priority orders, please factor in processing time.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns on any purchase.
If your item arrives broken or in an unusable condition, please contact us. You will need to submit photos before we can replace the product.
If your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately.
Due to Covid-19, we have made temporary changes to our exchange policy. Exchanges are only available for Merch and this is subject to a 10% processing fee.
